Infinite Care Mt Lofty is a 134 Resident Aged Care facility over 3 levels in Toowoomba, Queensland. It was Infinite Care’s first South East Queensland Facility and their first new build development.
The views from the site over a local cricket ground and to a large portion of Toowoomba beyond formed the cues to the buildings design. The building is organized as 4 ‘house’ models each of approximately 36 residents positioned around a grand foyer with a 2 storey glazed wall to take in the extensive views.

Mt Lofty was Infinite’s maiden new build project and as such special care was taken in the design process to represent Infinite’s vision and reflect the values they were bringing to Aged care.
The building was conceived around a voluminous foyer with bridge link and mezzanine sitting area.
The major amenities of the building were all positioned around this hub to provide residents with a true internal destination as well as a front door to be proud of.
