Currently under construction in the northern Brisbane suburb of Kedron is Rockpool’s Kedron Aged Care Facility.
The site is an amalgamated lot that previously had light industrial, aged care and some residential uses.
A challenging rocky site along a very steep secondary feeder road has resulted in a building form that steps down the site to help relate to the existing residential and light industrial neighbours.
There are proposed to be 145 residents when completed which is currently forecast for early in the second quarter of 2027.
