Ground was broken in July 2022 for Rockpool’s Pelican Waters Aged Care Facility.
This building will accommodate 150 residents over 6 levels. The planning is organized by positioning 15-resident ‘homes’ around a vertical circulation core.
The ground floor will provide destination and services facilities.
