We have been working with Apollo Care Alliance to refurbish aspects of their PresCare Groundwater Lodge, Maryborough, QLD Aged care community and their Vincent Court, Kempsey, NSW facility during 2021 and 2022. This includes refurbishing resident rooms and reconfiguring spaces to bring them more in line with current aged care norms.
The Groundwater facility is one that we have had an ongoing relationship with as we had been involved under a previous business with earlier extensions for PresCare.
